Luis de Pedro Alcaide
Practising lawyer since 1985; Masters Degree in Corporate Legal Counseling (LLM) by the Madrid Instituto de Empresa (IE); Masters in Real Estate and Construction Company Management (MDI) by the Madrid Universidad Politécnica; collegiate Real Estate Agent (API); Postgraduate in Administrative Management by the Alcalá de Henares University, and further schooling through assorted courses and seminars on the real estate, corporate and urban planning specialties.
In his 30-year career, mostly spent heading Sotogrande S.A.’s legal department, Luis has overseen projects that range from the McMicking and Zobel families’ initial involvement with Sotogrande to the development’s admission to trading, as well as the sale of the company to the NH Hotels Group (Cofir) and the recent sale to the Cerberus and Orion Investment Funds.
Juan Carlos González Agudo
Carlos is the GPAbogados founding member. He is a Social Graduate and Financial Advisor, in practice in the Sotogrande area since the year 1991. He specializes in national and international fiscal matters, both for residents and non-residents, and provides companies with advice regarding labour and corporate law issues.
Carolina Jiménez González
Carolina is a Cadiz University Law Graduate, and a practicing lawyer since 1997.
She is in charge of the firm’s judicial proceedings (public liability, marriage law & family law) and also provides legal advice and document reviewing for real estate transactions, particularly for those involving an international element.

Francisco Perales Rincón
Practising lawyer since 1997, a Universidad Autónoma de Madrid Law Graduate, also holds a Masters Degree in Urban Law. Expressly recommended by Chambers & Partners Europe in the field of Urban Law. Began his professional career in the lawfirm of Francisco Perales Madueño and moved on to become a member of the Administrative and Urban Planning department of the prestigious Garrigues Law firm in Madrid, a position he held for more than 10 years.
He has collaborated with the drafting teams for several relevant projects in Madrid and Andalucía and has been a speaker for diverse conferences celebrated in IFAES, SEPES, and IIR, as well as a professor in both the latter and the Garrigues Study Center. He is currently the head of the PGR Abogados Law Firm, created in February 2012, with an extensive specialization in the fields of Urban Law and Urban Planning, providing advice to both national and international clients.
Teresa García Rubert
Practising lawyer since 1994, Teresa is a Madrid Complutense University graduate and holds the 1st place in the Posgraduate Urban Law studies from the Madrid Legal Practice School. After collaborating in the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, she began her career as an urban law advisor in the law firm of Francisco Perales Madueño and went on to become a part of the Urban and Administrative Law Department of the Garrigues Law firm, a position she held for a further 11 years.
She has collaborated with the drafting teams for several relevant projects in Madrid and Andalucía, and has been a speaker for diverse conferences celebrated in IFAES, SEPES, ad IIR, as well as a professor both in the latter and the Garrigues Study Center.
